The TV carts are top grade, almost impossible to tip over, and easy to assemble.
I really like the card holder and I'm glad I ordered (Exhibition Tents) it. However it does have a problem with the assembly of it...the fitting piece that is to be put inside the opening to make the pole tight is very difficult to arrange. We ended up cutting it into pieces and sliding them like wedges to make the fit. Not sure how it was supposed to work since the piece was too fat to still fit the pole.
The directions were vague. anyway I like the finished product and service was outstanding.

Easy process to order and shipped quickly. the product was slightly damaged when it arrived, probably from the shipping. the staples had not held it together. I would recommend they use screws rather than staples and to have it in a more protective packaging for shipping. Easy to make it more sturdy on your own, but would be nicer if it just came that way. :)
Service was quick and accurate. But the product had a few dents and scrapes on it. Because I need to use it right away, I am not going to return it.

I create a monthly board with beer specials for my bartending job. I'm also in charge of buying the markers. After my first use, these seem far better than the skinny chalk markers I find at Joann Fabrics. Less expensive as well. The large tip covers more area so I can finish faster. Very happy with my purchase.

The product that I purchased is too large for the area I was planning on using it. I tried to return the item, but was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. This was going to total about 50% of the actual cost of the item! I will never be buying from this website again because there are many other vendors that we can use that have much better return policies.

Ordered product based on a coupon advertisement for free shipping. After placing the order with nearly $50 in shipping fees we were told that the advertisement attached to their web offer for free shipping was fake.
We promptly cancelled the order.

I was thrilled when I found the perfect hardware for a project I was custom designing for a client. I had custom holes made to specifically fit this hardware, and even paid second day shipping to get it really fast. I was working with a serious deadline, and was relieved to see that they had expedited shipping options. I ordered (Exhibition Tents) 6 sets, and 1 of them was backordered (Exhibition Tents) for 12 days. No problem - I could work with that, assuming I got the other 5 sets ASAP. I spoke with someone and asked how to make sure I get the 5 sets shipped before the backordered (Exhibition Tents) set. They explained that it’s a simple process - I just had to click the box during check out that requested they ship items as they’re available. I did this, and paid a lot of money for 2nd day air shipping. Imagine my dismay when 6 days later, I still had no hardware. I called to see what was going on. Customer service informed me that they decided to ship my 6 sets together, and wait for that backordered (Exhibition Tents) set before sending. I explained my situation in length, and they told me they could no longer send me the 5 sets because they sold them to someone else. This was very frustrating and so unprofessional. I paid thousands of dollars to have other materials fabricated to work specifically with the hardware I ordered (Exhibition Tents) from DisplayMart, and didn’t have the luxury of waiting 2 additional weeks. Especially when I paid so much extra for expedited shipping. I requested immediate cancellation, was promised a refund (which has still not been issued in the 6 days since speaking to them), and had to completely re-design my project, which took extra time and money. I missed my deadline with my client. Extremely disappointed, and won’t use DisplayMart again.

So I just received my order from DisplayMart.com and there were 4 broken displays/pieces out of the 50 that I ordered (Exhibition Tents), which was hard to believe since the packaging and over packing was great.... As soon as I found the 4 broken pieces, I contacted customer service, and they shipped 4 additional pieces to me, what great customer service!! I will definitely use them again for my other display purchases. They made it easy to order, and made it super easy for ordering the replacements. Great Job guys!!!
Ordering was a cinch and the display is exactly what we were looking for: heavy duty and very secure. When we got the 2 displays we ordered (Exhibition Tents), one had been taken out of the package and repackaged but without any cushioning or plastic over it so the cardboard box rubbed on the metal and left ugly marks. Even without the ugly marks, the metal is very industrial looking and we needed to spray paint it to look nice for commercial use.

Ordered several picture frames. Wanted basic but descent frames without spending too much. Purchased several including panoramic frames that were not available locally or extremely expensive. All received frames were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping costs leveled the playing field somewhat but were still a better value from Display2Go.

Just received my 2 ipad display stands - Overall I was very happy with the product - They provided cables for connecting everything up, spare parts for an Ipad Air. The pole, flyer holders, and ipad case is pretty much exactly what I expected it to be and should perform for my needs - very happy with the product - There were two issues one minor and one semi big for me.
One was the Paint job - In general it was clean but I felt like there were some areas that came out a little more glazed than others - just didn't seem like an ultra high end paint job- at the same point it is really only noticeable to a highly critical eye and didn't bother me that much
My only main issue though - The base plate. The entire piece is basically a metal of some kind but the Base Plate was aluminum - or something else. The base plate came in two parts - to be screwed to the pole- this caused the unit more motion than anticipated - with people interacting with the ipad I felt their was too much shake to the unit for my personal taste. They do have 4 strips of aluminum / composite material on the bottom to help stabilize and add weight but it didn't counter act that by having a base plate in two pieces it made a bend point to the base - I took the unit to a weld shop and had them create a custom base plate for my unit that is more stable - This is the only reason I am giving this product a 4 instead of a 5 - I felt the base plate overall stability and design should have been better than it was on my Ipad Display Stand

The display arrived on time, but the package had been damaged during shipping, and the packet containing the assembly hardware and keys was missing. I contacted the company, and -without any hassle- they assured me they would send the missing pieces by expedited mail. I order display racks for one of our magazine products and always get fantastic, fast delivery at great pricing.
It came in a double wrapped box and was exactly what I wanted.
The ordering was easy and fluid. I called customer service in advance to ask about how art would work and how i would proceed with getting everything printed on our signs. After being assured I just needed to submit a few photos after purchase and everything would be fine, I completed the purchase.
I then recieved an email with links that were supposed to give me instructions for submitting the photos (template software that might have been homemade by an intern), but due to software compatibility and browser issues, I was unable to open the links. I contacted the Art Group Representative (Eric) and asked for assistance. I received no word, and sent a separate email, to which the response I got was a link to submit my photos. I was able to submit my photos through the link. I sent medium and large files. The design was completed prior to my submission, and I addressed the files as described in Eric's email. The only thing they had to do was size-up the photos and print.
I sent a note back to Eric and asked if they received the photos, I reattached those photos to the email with very detailed instructions about what the photos were for and how they were to be used. Eric sent this:
"I reviewed your artwork, however none of the images were placed on our template (link below). I received multiple images, but have no indication of where anything should be placed or how it should appear on the banners. I also checked each image & none were in the correct size. Please be sure to place the artwork on the template to ensure the correct size, layout etc. I also didn’t see what artwork should go on the table cover. Please let me know if you have any questions."
Once more I indicated that the links they sent were not functional that set up the photos the way he was asking and I could not get the photos to work on their software though I was following instructions. Eric offered no help.
I asked Eric if I should request a refund. To that he said, "Good afternoon, I’ll cancel your order & issue full credit back to your card. Thank you"
----I'm fairly competent with a computer and many types of software, but the template, design, instructions, and assistance offered from the Art Group Representative, was confusing, overly complex, and disdainfully unhelpful.
Don't do business with this company if you expect any kind of customer service. Seems they're too lazy to pick up the phone and work with the customer.
Awesome customer service, I emailed them a question and was able to get a quick response back from them within a few hours. We order a ton from them at a time so it's great to be able to get what we want in great quality and timing.
I like your product but I think your rates to break boxes if you don't buy the whole box is ridiculous and your expense for mailing was too high. Between these two add ons I paid more than the two products I purchased. I probably will never purchase from you again for these two reasons.
Ordered this cart to store our children's toys, books, etc. We keep it in our main living area in a closet, and the kids roll it out when they want to play. This was an affordable solution, and we were able to eliminate our small messy, in-sight toy room which is now an office. It's much larger than we expected (bonus!) and is extremely sturdy. The only problem we had with the cart are the wheels. They are made of a hard plastic with a rough seam down the middle, and we now have terrible scratches all over our hardwood floors. We ended up replacing the wheels with larger, rubber ones and problem solved. Overall, we love this cart!

There were so many hoops to jump through just to order with a Purchase Order (our accounting department's preferred method) we ended up using a credit card. Have never had such difficulty setting up an account. That being said, once our order was placed the items arrived very quickly!

Product was delivered promptly and was the same as pictured in the ad. My only comment is that it should have included directions on how to assemble it for use. It took me a while to figure it out.
Ordered brochure holders. After ordering realized that the part number was the same from previous years but the dimensions were different on the web site. Called customer service same day, Friday, was told that the web site information hasn't changed and is the correct information. Told the rep my dilemma. Since it was shipped they couldn't stop the shipment. In the meantime we tried to work out a solution. The rep offered to have the warehouse open up a brochure holder and measure. If I didn't hear back Friday I would Monday. No call Monday so I called Tuesday. Received another rep went through the problem again. She said she would leave the original rep my number to call me back but in the meantime I should be receiving my brochure holders. Never received a call back but the reason I gave a 3 star is because the brochure holders were the correct ones. The web site dimensions are in correct.

The frame that I purchased was for my father's burial flag. The flag fits into the frame well, but the magnet on the top to keep the door closed is not strong enough. I am going to have to adapt the cover so the lid stays shut.

We ordered (Exhibition Tents) mannequins from DisplayMart and received the quality that was stated and they were delivered in a timely manner. One of the mannequins came with a defect and the box was in bad shape, I called the same day and sent the pictures they requested, a few hours later they got back to me and informed me they will send a new one which came a couple of days later.
