I am very happy with Acrylic Roll Up Standee from DisplayMart. This is exactly what I wanted for my marketing event. It arrived just on time and the packaging was excellent.
One donation box that I ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) was damaged upon receipt. The phone rep was very helpful and sent a replacement. I ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) three more boxes.

The frames I ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) are nice and get the job done but of 30 in my original order 7 were broken upon delivery. Luckily, I had some wiggle room in my timeline and could afford to wait for replacements but it is a bit of a pain to have to immediately call after delivery, wait on hold, speak to a rep, reorder, wait for delivery, etc. The 7 frames arrived in great condition.
Pros: Nice product, well priced, polite customer services reps, quick resolution to the broken frames.
Cons: Broken frames, having to reorder, waiting for the balance of my order to be delivered.
Easy to use site, super fast shipping. A very good experience overall. As for the product it works very well and suites my needs perfectly. I would definitely deal with them again.

I purchased and received 2 black stanchions with 6.5' grey retractable belts for less than $100 with shipping. This has to be the best deal online or not and the quality is far better than expected at such a competitive price. I will definitely be shopping from DisplayMart in the near future.

BEWARE when you return an item!!!
I ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) 2 tabletop display racks for 4x6 cards. I paid approx. $30 just for S&H. While I realize they don't weight much - I carried both with no issues, I felt that $30 was a little much but what can you do.
Once I received the racks I decided that I only needed 1 and wanted to return the smaller rack. After calling customer service and getting "permission" to send the return the rack, I was told it would cost me to return it. I had to ask for a return address label to be sent to me. In most of my online shopping experiences, I have always received a return address labels included on the invoice.
Long story short . . . . I paid over $40 in S&H. for a $30 rack .
My total refund will be approx. half the cost of the rack when it is returned.

Purchased clear coin collection containers. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. The product was a little smaller than I anticipated from the looks of the picture but if I had payed closer attention to the measurements I would have known. These coin collectors will be perfect for the fundraiser at a middle school.

I am a Real Estate Agent, Very Pleased with the quality and ease of assembly with these signs. I would recommend using the size spacing of the clips on top post before ordering your signs for rivet placement of the holes. My signs were pre bought and the holes didn't quite line up but managed to angle them and the clips fit into holes securely enough to hang.

In general, the transaction was contentious. Instead of being grateful for the order and pleasant, I felt as if I was being interrogated with rapid-fire questions, under a bright spotlight with "bad cop." My order represented several thousand dollars, and the representative made me feel as if I was a bother and such a pain. She was snooty and although knowledgeable, tried to make me feel stupid that I wasn't familiar with all of the lingo and terms she spouted. Clearly not a good experience. I will do ANYTHING not to order from this company again!

The order took a while to arrive but that is to be expected as it was shipped by means of ground from the east coast to Arizona. When product arrived (2 separate boxes) both frames were badly damaged even though the packaging itself looked fine. I called customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to not have them damaged but they resent two new frames right away without requiring me to ship the damaged ones back first. I will do business with them in the future.

After trying to order a similar product from a competitor and receiving it broken twice...we finally ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) from DisplayMart. Their product was not only 10 times better made, it was packaged beautifully, arrived in perfect condition just in time for our event and it is mute versatile and better quality! Love the product, great FAST service, great customer service and FOLLOWUP. My event was at a restaurant whose owner lived my sign and plans to order done for himself! The signs were spectacular and vivid with wet erase markers, plus easy to erase mistakes. Live it and will order other products from this fabulous company that does what they say they will do when they promise! Refreshing!!

On April 10, 2015 we received the unit today and after taking off the card board off and opening up the wood box I found the glass had been shattered. I immediately contacted DisplayMart. They gave me a contact number and I was connected with Jane Froias. She asked me to take some pictures and send them to her. I replied in an email. Today Monday April 13, 2015, I received an email from Jane that a replacement unit would be sent out today. Customer service wise I am impressed. Keep up the good work.

We are a small not for profit and ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) frames for our annual school auction. They were what was expected and were shipped quickly. The only thing I didn't like was the "broken box" fee.
Fast shipping - Quality Product - Exactly as described
We ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) and received promptly our Ipad locking display holder. We got one that would allow for a "Sqaure" payment card reader adapter. The only problem is that the reader adapter does not fit into the bracket that Display2go sold us. They claim on the site its made for a square reader but it is much to small for the actual adapter to sit in. Really disappointing. Would i recommend this display? No! Would I recommend using this company? Maybe, I have a hard time when companies claims things that are false.
Two times I've ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) table tent vinyl covers. First time ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) 4x6 and received 5x7 and the quality was not good. I commented on quality but did not know about wrong size until I questioned my manager asking why table tents looked bad. That's when he told me about wrong size. This last time I ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee), quality was good but the 4x6 ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) was actually a 4x5 3/4". So my inserts stuck out. I am receiving a refund, but I will most likely not use DisplayMart again.

i ordered (Acrylic Roll Up Standee) a display, based on the description online. when i received the product, it did not conform to what had been advertised. i contacted their customer support & had a lovely conversation with one of their techy's. i was told i would get a call back. a week later i contacted them by e-mail to let them know that i was still waiting. i have never received a response, by phone or e-mail and it has now been three months. i suppose they figure it is my responsibility to do their job (service) in order to get any satisfaction. that is NOT MY OPINION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHENTHE CUSTOMER HAS TO DO THE SERVICE!!!
No instructions about writing on or displaying on the board! Also a package deal with wet markers included would make this more palatable. It was not what I expected !

My experience with DisplayMart was very good. I needed a quick order on both the display and the table cover/skirt. I submitted my orders in and they were received in a quick and timely order. I received a tracking number in order to know where my packages were at all times. I also received my email confirmation of my orders on a timely basis as well. I have had a wonderful experience with this company and I will continue to do business for all my display needs. I have already recommended this company to others and the quality of their products is just what they expressed in the description of the item. However, I would love to see the item prices reduced a little. The items are expensive but the quality of the product is great.
