We purchased a loveseat for a new office reception area in a new city. The quality of the product is above standard. We had a difficult situation however, because the Allen wrench listed as a tool included in the box was missing. I had called customer service before transporting the 150 lb box to the new city for assembly. They assured me the wrench was included. It was not. We were on a tight time schedule and the delay put us off our assembly on time for an appointment.

the only issue I have with the product is that it doesn't stay together well as it is all done with magnets and nothing else to hold it together, the Velcro covering does not stay on and the wood counter top is not attached well to it and will fall off if not teathered to the frame itself as there is nothing holding it down but its own weight which isn't that much as it is. standard display banner sizes

I got our display in a good time but part of the plastic was broken when we opened it. We decided to glue it ourselves vs taking the time to mail it back and get a new one. We got twelve screws for our three displays cases and ten of them were too short. I called the company to find out what size the screws were, figuring it is easy to get screws from a local hardware store, once I knew the size. It has been three days and I still don't have an answer. I like the product but wish it arrives in good shape. I would think with the money I spent on this, it would arrive in better shape.

When an item is not in stock but should be soon, as a general rule a customer should either A) still be able to order it and get a notification when it ships, or B) be able to sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock. It is poor customer service when one of your reps suggests to "check back everyday" to see if the item is in stock.
Additionally, the Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday sales (noted on the vendor's Facebook page as "our BIGGEST sale of the year!") were terrible. The most you could save was 10% on Black Friday, unless an item was already on sale.

Went to place a order for a wall mount wire grid display to find out that the company was out of stock on the mounting acts. The representative told us that they would not have the wall mounts or anotr 12 weeks. I cancelled the order.
I additioI we to order a 3'x4' display case for $379 to nd out they wanted $179 to ship it. That is just plain crazy!!

On-line the table looked like it came with a handle and in fact it did but it was inside the table. Customer Service provided support and after some tugging, the table unfolded.

This is the best tablet holder I've found, and I've been looking for a long time. It's very well made, with 4 or 5 (likely expensive) adjustable resistance hinges. Two very small problems: It doesn't fold very flat, and it's not too stable for use on my lap (without a tray or other platform.) I'd give it a 4.8.

i received a Frame (Poster Size) and it arrived in a timely fashion. The frame I wasnt impressed with costing more that $50. i said it had a cover attached but we couldnt find one so we installed it anyway. You can tell its on there we just couldnt get it off. It also states it glare proof well thats not happening. Not impressed with the product.

I ordered (Aluminum Roll Up Standee) 2 double diploma frames. They came very quickly, however the quality of workmanship was terrible! The corners of both frames had glue smeared all over the frames at the miter joints. The frames are not suitable for display.

The initial order arrived with easel parts that couldn't possible be assembled into an easel. When I called and explained that I had received the equivalent 4 "left shoes" instead of two left and two right shoes . I was told the replacements would be shipped the following Monday. Two weeks passed and no package. I emailed you about my problem and a very nice person apologized and said the matter would be taken care of. It was finally fixed yesterday.

The podium I ordered (Aluminum Roll Up Standee) was damaged when I got it. I called customer service and they were very nice and offered to send me a new one. When I received the new one it was damaged also. The damage on the new one was on the top of the podium and not as noticeable as the first one so I decided I would just accept it. I believe the fault lies with the manufacturer for not packaging the podium better. Customer service at DisplayMart was very helpful.

Update: I received a call, today, from Lucy at DisplayMart. It is very evident, from the call, that they truly care about the products and service that they provide. My updated review, with a 5 star rating, reflects my feelings toward DisplayMart and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Lucy!
