I called customer service and the quickly resolved the issue and overnighted me the correct parts. I obviously was not happy about receiving incorrect items, but customer service did a great job of resolving the issue and getting me what I ordered (Off White Roll Up Standee) ASAP.

My experience has always been fine ordering. We typically order the Acrylic Counter Top Signs. They brake very easily.
So I ordered (Off White Roll Up Standee) the metal frames. They came without any protective insert or covering. They didn't come with any sturdy insert either. Very disappointed.

What I received was something I would have expected from a toy shop, not a company I needed to get me a nice sign for this purpose. The signs didn't even come complete with clips to hold the sign on the flimsy pole. So disappointed. I reordered (Off White Roll Up Standee) and had to pay for shipping again. Then I had to ask to have the restock fee waived and also had to ask for a return shipping label to return the unusable junk I was sent. Come on, step up the customer service.

No one is perfect and I judge by how fast the problem is fixed so I was very satisfied and WILL be using them again. Thanks!

We continually purchase acrylic frames from DisplayMart.com. The product itself is GREAT, however, every year, we experience many QA issues. We have many particulate matter, dirt, smudges or other in between the acrylic frames!

ORDER at least 3 - 5 weeks in advance in case you need to contact them for RMAS! I hope they improve their QA system processes PRIOR to shipping products to customers.

It is lighter than my previous easel of a similar design, which makes it easier to transport, but may have it be a bit less sturdy. On the other hand, the older easel may have broken (after years of use) because it was too heavy and the plastic cams had too much to do. Time will tell.

Product can and is nice building wise but top of unit has several scratches.

Delivery company was horrible! Couldn’t get accurate times or days they were coming. Had special instructions on when we couldn’t except due to service hours in our restaurant. Driver came right at open (exact opposite of what was requested) and then was out of line completely with all actions and words. He had no patience considering the massive issue this cause to our business. The company itself denied I had any requests and said they would either drop or I would be charged a huge fee. Your company was not reachable when called at this time and he would not wait for me to resolve with you prior to just dropping or leaving. Product was dropped on th alley and hen driver came in interrupted my scheduled appointment to then play games about signing the document by pulling away the slip and making issues.... will never use this freight company or by from you guys as long as you are using...

The first frame we ordered (Off White Roll Up Standee) arrived cracked. I called, groaning, expecting to have to pay for shipping back to the warehouse. They answered quickly and said they would redeliver it ASAP. They did! Great customer service.

The second frame arrived in tact but with a big scratch in the middle of the plastic. When we put the poster in the frame, the scratch was noticeable if you were looking for it but not distracting to the overall effect, so we decided not to try and return it.

Well, I took a good look at the stand and decided to try to put it together differently. (I am 81 years old and don't have a lot of strength but do have a lot of common sense). One end of the rod has a hole in it, so I put that end in the base and then just kept turning it and it worked it's way all the way down the base. Now how easy is that!! Just a printed direction to do this would have solved this problem sooner.

Customer service was good but I am upset by the fact that I was shipped a previously opened "carrel" that was sealed WITHOUT any hardware. They then shipped another package of hardware. Unfortunately, the replacement package does NOT contain wooden dowels (also missing in the previously opened item). I purchased one at the local Lowes Hardware and had to cut it to size. I find it disappointing that this suggests very little quality review for returned products that are re-sold.
