I was hosting a launch party for my paint passion and had looked in many different local and online stores for easels but just one was expensive enough and I needed 25 and the event was drawing near. I found DisplayMart and prayed they would be able to help and they were. I found them for an awesome price and was able to ship within the week and I received them at record time and my event was a success! This was easy to put together. The mechanism for snapping posters into place works easily and very well. I am very happy with the product. We have found the Bravo line of this concept (poster snap frames) to be much more reliable than a similar Forte line we ordered (Promotion Table Counter) in the past. Bravo cost more but it is well worth the additional costs.

Received frames in a timely fashion. Easy snap open frames makes changing out movie posters a breeze. Upon inspection, a couple of the non-glare protective sheets were damaged. Called DisplayMart Customer Service and they are sending out new sheets the next business day. Would order again and have already recommended to friends.

Just wanted to bring the following to your attention – 1. The A Pole groove on one side was not completely smooth and maintenance had to carve just a little so the pole would go into the B slot. There is a punched hole in Pole A which does not identify and usage. The clacker had to be put on upside down and the Hex Key is too large. I would suggest not putting the flag on the wheel and just put all the parts in the (D) bag because my flag was bent when I pulled the wheel from the box.

I ordered (Promotion Table Counter) a podium with an acrylic front. It arrived undamaged in a wooden box and assembled (except for the acrylic front piece) within less than a week after I submitted the order. My only wish is that they had more colors for creating company logos. We have to order our logo decal from a different company and affix it ourselves because it's in a color that DisplayMart doesn't offer.

The pop up display is easy to put together and tear down. It comes in a bag for easy storage and mobility. The shelves inside the display aren't made of the same material and are two different colors, but I'm not picky so it doesn't bother me.

Very,very disappointed with this DisplayMart. I ordered (Promotion Table Counter) a simple 2 sided sandwich sign with red and black letters. DisplayMart took my money (over $200) and then discovered they did not have the item. They did not inform me of this but they proceeded to have another company send me the product. The letter coloring was wrong. DisplayMart could not come up with a remedy so I requested a refund. Now they have told that I must wait up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed. This company also does not disclose the return policy. Although the service representative told me they get a lot of returns. Wow, wrong thing to say to a customer. Will not recommend...

I received (2) acrylic displays that were perfectly packaged, but one was damaged. This shows that one of these units should have never left the factory. I called to get a replacement and the caller took all the information and claimed that the replacements were in stock and would go out that day. Three days later I called to track the shipment and found the order was never placed. The second call was more thorough and I got the replacement with no damage.

We will never use DisplayMart again. The 9' backdrop we had printed was completely missing a background photo, and the quality of the print was extremely poor. We ordered (Promotion Table Counter) two pieces for this booth, and we used the same design process to create the graphics for both. One of them came out fine, but this backdrop is unusable. The print quality is low, and the removal of our graphics from the Illustrator file we sent for use is unacceptable.

I ordered (Promotion Table Counter) what I thought was twenty 11 x 14 size frames, but the wording on the item was describing the size of the picture to put in the frame, not the frame itself. Turns out I now have twenty 16 x 20 frames instead! I should have read the description more carefully, but I am used to looking at the size description as listing frame size, not picture size. Nice frames, but as they were on clearance, I think I am stuck. Had to get frames locally to replace the order.
